Monument Welcome Teams

If you'd like to serve in Kid's Ministry, visit the Kids Teams page.

Thank you for your interest in serving! Each year at Christmas, thousands of guests come through our doors. When you join us for one of our Christmas Eve services, we encourage you to come early, or stick around to serve at another service!

To register, select an opportunity, then a service time and then click 'Sign Up to Serve'!

1979 Coffee

Be a welcoming face ready to serve pastries, greet customers and take drink orders to assist the barista.

Coffee/Cookie Bar

Keep our coffee bar full of hot beverages and yummy treats. (Children 13 and under are welcome to serve with their families, but please DO NOT register them).

Connect Central

Many of our first-time guests will stop by Connect Central at some point on their first visit to Woodmen. As the one place where first-time visitors can find out more about everything going on at Woodmen, this can be a great place to help people make a connection point within our church, and help them take the "next steps" here at Woodmen.

Greeters (Age 14+)

Greeters provide a smile and a warm greeting to everyone entering our services, including our first-time guests. (Children 13 and under are welcome to serve with their families, but please DO NOT register them)

Parking Lot Greeters

Greeters hold "Welcome" and "Thanks for Being Here" signs as cars arrive and leave. Meet 45 minutes before service and complete shift 15 minutes after service begins.

Ushers

Stationed inside the auditorium, ushers not only welcome those coming to services at Woodmen, but help latecomers find seats and assist with candle lighting.
