Early Childhood Leader In Training (LIT) help support our Early Childhood Crew Leaders, Crew Assistants and Support Leads in a variety of roles. 

If you are going into the 7th or 8th grade and would like to spend the whole week serving in Colorado Springs (including at Kids Camp), join Woodmen's Middle School Ministry Summer Serve Mission Program. Go to woodmenvalley.org/studentmissions for more information and to register. If you register for Summer Serve, you do NOT need to register to be an LIT also.
