FAMILY CHRISTMAS BOX - DELIVERY VOLUNTEERS

What are Family Christmas Boxes?
Our hope this Christmas is to provide a FREE opportunity for Woodmen families to create new memories, celebrate traditions, and have fun as a family! By signing up, families will receive a box full of Christmas goodies, crafts, game ideas and resources for an extra special Christmas season as we celebrate the Birth of our Savior!

BOX DELIVERY DETAILS:
All box delivery volunteers are asked to pick up their boxes from the Rockrimmon Elementary Building (Room 201) on Thursday, December 1st between 9-10am. Boxes must be delivered by the end of day on Friday, December 2nd. We will provide your delivery list no later than Wednesday, November 29th so you can plan your route ahead of time. You will deliver one box per family (boxes will be labelled with the family's name, address, and any special delivery notes). When you arrive to deliver the boxes, simply ring the doorbell and leave the box on the family's front porch, paying attention to any specific delivery instructions as you go.

Want to Help Assemble Boxes?
Sign up to help us prep our Family Christmas boxes on! We will be doing a variety of tasks to include cutting, counting, sorting, assembling, etc. While some of our tasks will require walking or moving around, we will have some tasks for those who have limited mobility. Family Box Assembly will be in Room 200 in the Rockrimmon Elementary Building on November 28 (9am-12pm or 1-3pm) and November 29 (9am-12pm). Click here to sign up!
