Hope in Ukraine

Recently, the people of Woodmen came together to support the people of Ukraine.

When war came to Ukraine in February, hundreds of thousands of people were forced to flee, leaving behind their homes, jobs and everything they owned. Local ministries and organizations stepped up to provide housing and essential resources to those who now have nothing.

M4, a long-time partner with Woodmen and their extension UBTS (Ukrainian Baptist Theological Seminary), are now heading the refugee efforts in Ukraine. Every day they face the horrific effects of the war. And yet, they continue to praise God, trusting in His goodness.

Recently, the people of Woodmen came together to support M4 and UBTS and the thousands of refugees under their care. A call was sent out, and $118,975 was raised in a single weekend. These essential funds will provide those affected by the war with transportation to safety, housing, and needed items such as food and clothing.

At Woodmen, we strive to love well. We are committed to continuing to support M4 and their work in Ukraine through dedicated prayer and financial support.
