Zambia 2024 - Day 6

What a day! 

Today was incredible! We started with a delicious breakfast of burritos and then had the chance to lead the hospital chapel in worship. We sang a song in Bemba and I gave a message about having a personal relationship with Jesus to the staff. It was an amazing experience.

Afterward, we followed a team of doctors, nurses, therapists, and pastors around the Ward to discuss care plans for each patient. We then split into groups to serve CURE in the best ways we could.

Later, we visited the children in the Ward and enjoyed lunch together. In the afternoon, we headed to the town school, where we performed plays, sang songs for 300 kids, and painted as many faces as we could. It was a fun and chaotic time! For details on each team member's experiences, you'll have to ask haha, but it was super fun!

We then came back and went out and enjoyed a delicious dinner all together with a couple of members of the staff that we have been with since the moment we arrived, they are such a blessing. 

What a fun day! The Lord is truly amazing, and we are all so blessed. I see Him working through every person on this trip continuously.
