Montana #2

For the past two days, we have had the privilege as a missions team to serve the Cheyenne people of Lame Deer, Montana. Our Saturday was spent driving to Lame Deer, where we truly had the chance to see God’s provision. Multiple members of the team had issues with cars when driving to Lame Deer, and despite the challenges, God found a way to ensure everyone arrived safely. Sunday was spent cultivating previous connections. Woodmen’s team led a worship service at Morning Star Baptist Church and taught a sermon from Jeremiah 29:11 discussing God’s plans for His children. Different people from the community came to church looking to connect with Woodmen’s team from previous years and to hear God’s word. Seeing how people of the community eagerly awaited Woodmen’s arrival demonstrates that while serving in Montana, the team truly does try to, “Love God and Love People.”
