Nicaragua #4

On Thursday we had the opportunity to spend quality time with the Women of the church and community. In the morning the girls on our trip talked with the Healthy Beginners group, which is a group for moms of young children and soon to be mothers. We were also able to lead a craft with the women to remind them of their worth and value in God.

In the afternoon, we helped with the feeding program once again and spent time with the children. We took part in a puppet show, telling the story of King David and reminded the kids that due to the things David had done, He still loved him no matter what just like He loves them. We did a craft with the children that represented the love that Jesus has for them and always will. 

Towards the end of the day, the girls in our group met the women of the church. Claire shared a message about waiting on the Lord and we ended the time with them by taking part in a craft with the women. It was a great day here in Posoltega! We are sad to be leaving the community soon but we are excited to see how the Lord will continue to move here in our last few days.
