Zimbabwe OCT 2023 #1

We arrived safely and as planned to Zimbabwe! Our team has enjoyed our first two days at CURE Hospital, getting to know the children and their families. We have gotten the opportunity to sit in on a CURE staff chapel and be apart of the different department's devotional meetings. A few of our team members have also been able to observe medical treatments at the children's hospital.

Spending time with the kids has consisted of coloring, helping with crafts, loving conversations, lots of laughter, and sharing the Bible stories of Creation and King David. We have also had the privilege of interacting with the parents of the children by having many conversations and coming alongside them when doing their own coloring pages and string art crafts. 

The Lord has been very present and evident during our time in Zimbabwe so far and we are excited to see how He continues to move throughout the rest of our time here!
