Zambia #2

Today was our first day interacting with families and children here at CURE. It was a wonderful and fulfilling day. We started out the morning with a bible study, then a tour of the hospital facilities.

After lunch we met and ministered to families and children at the hospital, equipped with bubbles, balloons, nail polish and stickers. It was a special time for all.

A highlight of the day was hearing the word of God with the families in the ward. The time was led by the Ward Pastor Tamara, in both English and we believe, Bemba. The time began with worship in Bemba, which was heaven-like to hear. Our time ended with testimony and prayer.

Day two has nearly come to an end. We are preparing for tomorrow’s activities while awaiting a Zambian dinner made for us in house by Patricia, one of the staff here.
