Romania #5

Hey friends! It’s our last day in Romania, which is crazy! We knew it would be a short trip coming into the week, but it has flown by.

Today we attended the church service at Holy Trinity, and worshiped with our Romanian and Ukrainian brothers and sisters. During the service we heard about a recent trip Pastor Jon and congregants made to Turkey to take supplies and build tents for people affected by the earthquake. A Ukrainian pastor who has been sharing the gospel with many other Ukrainians gave an update and talked about people who are seeking the church for the first time.

We spent a lot of time getting to know one of the refugee families staying at the Church, some of the staff and other volunteers. It was great to connect with them during our last mea together. The church is one big family, and today we all experienced it!

Please pray for the church here in Romania as they continue to serve the local community, people in the world around them. Also pray for our safer travels as we begin our journey home tomorrow. We can’t wait to tell you about our trip soon! We will miss Romania! 🇷🇴
