To those who are following the Estonia missions team, we have completed our first full day of camp. For Nathan and I, it started off with a workout that soon turned into wholesome conversation with an Estonian boy named Mark. This was followed by a meeting with both the Colorado and Texas mission teams who talked about the big day that lay ahead. Soon after, bright conversation was had over breakfast which consisted of oatmeal, yogurt and cereal. To get everyone engaged, we played games before we sat listening to Nathan as he gave a convicting message. The Estonian and Ukrainian youth felt more comfortable talking and answering questions. Games to help improve their English were happily welcomed as they built relationships with everyone. Lunch was schnitzels and potato’s with gravy and a Koolaid type drink. The afternoon was structured similar to the morning, an interesting talk and an incredible small group session. We spent the rest of the afternoon playing volleyball and capture the flag. We wrapped up the evening with dinner which served pasta topped with ketchup. We played volleyball again and wrapped up the night with hide and seek in the dark and Nathan was the victor! Looking to see more of Gods work as the camp progresses and hoping for more connections and stronger relationships!
