God Calls Us To One-Another

Take a moment to reflect on 20 New Testament statements on how we can love one another.


You don’t have to scroll far to notice that division and malice mark many of today’s online spaces. Name-calling and cruelty are becoming commonplace, even between brothers and sisters in Christ.

Do these ways of interacting reflect the life and teachings of Jesus? What do the scriptures have to say about how we should interact with fellow Christians?

Take a moment to reflect on the 20 New Testament one-another statements below, and invite the Holy Spirit to refine you. Are there relationships or areas where you could align your heart and your actions more closely with God’s Word?

Trust the Lord to work in your life to His glory. Together, through His grace, we can become a people who live-out the way of Jesus more closely day by day.

20 New Testament One-Anothers

1. Be at peace with each other. (Mark 9:50)

2. Wash one another’s feet. (John 13:14)

3. Love one another. (John 13:35)

4. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. (Romans 12:10)

5. Live in harmony with one another. (Romans 12:16)
