In this four-week Woodmen U class, we’ll take a closer look at people in our community who are often overlooked or misunderstood. Together with Springs Rescue Mission, we’ll explore homelessness and marginalization through a biblical perspective, learn the facts, challenge common misconceptions, and gain a deeper understanding of the stories, needs, and resources within our community. Most importantly, this isn’t about learning how to fix people. It’s about learning how to see people and respond with compassion, wisdom, and presence.

Throughout the four weeks, we’ll continue to ask: How is God transforming me through this experience, and how is the Spirit leading me to respond? Come ready to listen, learn, challenge assumptions, and discover what it means to love our neighbors well.
