Peru Travel Day

Buenos tardes mis amigos!!

This morning we woke up to an uncomfortable sleep last night. It got a little bit chilly but the most dreadful part was all the snoring from the guys area. As the morning went on we packed all of our stuff and ate breakfast. We had a little surprise of a baby monkey to eat with us for breakfast. We had eggs and bread for the third time! 🙈

We sadly did not get to see all the kids as we left because they were in school in the morning. Ahead of us we had a 3 hour boat ride alongside a 3 hour bus ride until we could finally take showers after a long soggy 2 days without them✨🚿💪🏼 

During the boat trip we got to stop to watch a dolphin viewing spot and got to see a few jumping out of the water! Right before we landed we got a surprise visit from the coast guard. Thankfully all was well and we got an experience as they came on our boat. 😮‍💨

We eventually got to land after listening to Rylee and Gabby lose their minds over 0.5 photos of people sleeping and 67. We stopped for lunch at a local restaurant at the Plaza and I got a pork chop with rice and a coke. The rest of the bus ride was spent sleeping while listening to even more music. 🎵 

When we got to the hotel we all were able to enjoy an hour and a half to ourselves to clean up and shower. This shower was most likely the closest thing to paradise that we could have gotten. 🏝️ After we cleaned up we all made our way up to the roof of the hotel to eat dinner at. I am currently waiting on my sushi to get served to me while eating salted popcorn kernels and drinking my dragonfruit mango frozen drink. Apparently word has it that we will be visiting a zoo tomorrow… 👀
