AWANA DETAILS
Awana meets Wednesday nights (starting September 16) from 6:15-7:45 PM during the school year for kids three years old (by September 1 and potty-trained) to 12th grade!
Cubbies: 3-5 year olds
Sparks: Kindergarten-2nd Grade
T&T: 3rd-6th Grade
Trek: 7th & 8th Grade
Journey: 9th-12th Grade

CLUBBER WAIT LISTS
Awana maintains a strict ratio of 1 leader for every 5 children in each younger club (excluding Trek & Journey). If your child is placed on a waitlist, we will contact you when a space opens up. If you would like to guarantee your child(ren) a spot in Awana, please consider serving as a Leader in one of our clubs!
SERVE IN AWANA!
With over 700 kids in our program at Woodmen, we have many leader opportunities available. Whether you want to serve in a classroom with kids or behind the scenes, there are many different roles needed to make our programs run each week. HANDBOOK SCHEDULES
Some of our clubs complete handbook sections together on a weekly schedule (Cubbies, Trek, and Journey), while others are self-paced, allowing clubbers to progress at their own speed (Sparks and T&T). Click the image below to view each club's handbook schedule.
HANDBOOK AUDIO TRACKS
Awana provides many resources to help clubbers engage with their handbooks. Kids in Cubbies and Sparks have optional "audio tracks" that go along with their books to help them memorize their verses. Click here to access and download these tracks.
AWANA CITATION AWARD
The Citation Award is Awana's highest Scripture memory achievement. Kids earn it by faithfully completing all of the required handbook sections over several years, demonstrating a deep commitment to learning and living out God's Word. This award celebrates perseverance, consistency, and a heart that treasures the Bible. As children hide God's Word in their hearts, they build a strong foundation of faith that can guide them throughout their lives.
TREK & JOURNEY BIBLE SUMMARIES
In Trek (middle school) and Journey (high school) students are required to read assigned portions of Scripture and complete Bible summaries each year, helping them understand God's Word and how each book fits into His greater story. To view the Bible reading summaries, click here.
