Student Mission Auction

2025 Student Mission Auction

What is the Student Mission Auction?

Through this Students Mission Auction, you can support middle school and high school students for upcoming Summer 2025 Mission Trips. All proceeds will go to trip costs for students and leaders going on mission trips in 2025.

This year, we will have an in-person live basket auction at Rockrimmon, Monument, Southwest, and Woodmen Heights with a campus-specific dessert and silent auction. See below for details about the auction!

Make sure to scroll to the bottom of the page to preview all live auction baskets a couple of days before the event!

IN PERSON AUCTION – HOW IT WORKS:

The in-person auction will take place at four of our Woodmen Campuses on Sunday, March 2 following the 11 AM service (around 12:15 PM):

Rockrimmon Community Center Gym • Woodmen Heights Atrium • Monument Auditorium • Southwest Auditorium

1. REGISTER AHEAD: Register ahead of time for a buyer number to bid on items and for a $5 lunch (sandwich, chips & drink). Registering ahead, will expedite your check-in process and get to bidding on items quicker!

2. BROWSE AHEAD OF TIME: Preview all the baskets at the bottom of this page ahead of time (posted a couple days before the auction) so you know exactly what you want to bid on at the auction. Desserts will not be posted ahead of time. There will be time for browsing desserts at each campus during lunch.

3. SHOW UP: Show up to the campus you registered for on Sunday, March 3 following the 11 AM service (around 12:15 PM). You will check in and receive your buyer number in order to bid on items. If you purchased lunch in the registration, you will receive your lunch tickets.

4. PARTICIPATE: After checking in, each campus will have a campus-specific dessert & silent auction from roughly 12:15-1:15 PM followed by a live-streamed live auction by a professional auctioneer.

Dessert & Silent Auction: If you see a dessert or silent auction item you want to bid on, simply write down your buyer number on the form by the dessert or silent auction item. Check back to make sure you have the highest bid to ensure you win that item!

Live Auction: For the live auction, if you want to bid on an item, simply put your pink buyer number in the air at the campus you are at and the auctioneer will count you "in" for the bidding. The live auction will be live-streamed from Rockrimmon to Woodmen Heights and Monument. Individuals at Woodmen Heights and Monument who want to bid will bid through a proxy bidder to the Rockrimmon Campus.

5. WIN: If you win a dessert or auction basket, you will receive a text message with a link to pay for your item. Or you can make your payment for all items at a payment table at each campus.

Please note: Items are tax deductible, but you will only receive a tax write-off for any amount that is above the value listed for the basket or dessert. For example, if the value of a basket is $100 and you pay $200, the tax write-off will be $100.
